Major craziness!!!! Oh how I love it!!!

This week has definetly been interesting to say the least! As crazy as things get here it's amazing how Shawn and I manage to keep each other from going nuts!

He didn't get orders yet so keep your fingers crossed for October that we get the one's that we want. I was contemplating going back to Arizona to enroll James in school so that he could go to a school that didn't have 60+ kids to one teacher.

But I still do not know if I really want to do that. Shawn wouldn't be out there until early next year and I don't really want to be without him for that long!

Michelle is getting to be such a big girl. I was so excited today when I went to the Commissary ( grocery store here on base) that I got to buy size 4 diapers! YA! You know I never thought that when I became a mom I would get excited about a size of diapers! lol! But when your child goes from being too small for a premmie diaper to wearing size 4's in 2 years you get excited easily!

She had therapy today and her therapist asked me how concerned I was with her walking....
Touchy subject for any parent....

I want to see my daughter walk... I want to see her run... I want to see her be excited about it.....

I told her therapist that and she said I can completely understand but I would like to work on her sitting more and using her hands while sitting than concentrating on her walking. As her mom it stings really hard because all you ever want is for your child to acomplish everything that they should be able to.

Michelle is getting a wheelchair for her to use when we are out and about and at home as well. Also a corner chair for her to sit in when we are home and she needs to work on things! On the plus side her sitting has gotten WAY better since her surgery in March! Im so proud of her! She's just the greates little girl! So much spunk to her!

Well im off for now!

Keeping my fingers crossed

Litterally right now I have my fingers crossed that Shawn's orders read I&I duty Phoenix, AZ. He could take Hums orders but in two years if the Dr.'s say Michelle is still too sick than they will discharge him from the Marines. Which we never want that to happen so he will not accept them at all. Anyway.. Michelle is in the hospital right now. There was something wrong with her medication dosage and it caused a HUGE amount of problems.

She should hopefully be coming home today. IDK yet im going to go down and see her here in a little while. Im lonely here without her. I have the boys but they are older and don't need their momma as much as she does. Ok ok she's spoiled rotten and so is mommy so we need each other. She's so lonely there.... UGH!

Shawn Jr.'s birthday is this weekend he will be 3! I can't believe it! He is getting to be so darn big! I love it though. The kids are doing great with the excpetion of whats been going on this weekend. With Michelle in the hospital and everything!

Im wanting to go to Arizona right now so bad. It's been so cold here the last week or two that I can really use some heat!!!! I guess I should really get started on getting rid of stuff because if I don' t than we have to take it all with and I don't really want to do that. They have furniture stores wherever we go! So it's not like I have to take all of it with me but im taking the majority of it.

Thank goodness for movers though because im not packing anything excpet clothes and ya thats pretty much it! They can move everything else. That's too long of a drive to move all of that a dog and three kids! Plus I need to get a DVD player for my car cause that drive is TORTURE when they get bored!

I would be so happy if we got to go to Arizona for many reasons! My main one would be I could get a job and start getting a career on track. Im hoping that things will all work out and everything will be good! Well im off to the hospital to go see that baby!

My oh my!!!!

Well we went to Barstow last night to drop off Shane and that was ok I guess if you like being in a car for over 6 hours! I had errands to do too! Anyway... We went to Michelle's GI appointment this morning... She is 21 ounds and COUNTING!!!!!!!! YAY!

I am so happy about that. That means that the surgery was a sucess. Her Dr. is VERY happy that she is growing and staying healthy! He said the reason why she has probably been less sick is because she has been gaining weight like crazy. So in less than 2 months she has gained a whoping 4 pounds! I love it!

James and Shawn Jr. went with me this morning and let me tell you that was way interesting! Been a while since I took them with me to an important appointment! But then again they are still so young so they don't really understand too well about how they really need to act when we are at an appointment like that. They think that it is playtime because there are toys there seeing as how it's a children's hospital I can't blame them.

I called the medical records at the hospital today to see how to get her chart sent to where we are going and wow! It's going to be 25 cents a PAGE if it's delivered to me if I send it to the hospital than it's free. Well Michelle's chart is bigger than mine and well you can only imagine how large that is!

I already have a pediatrician in mind if we are able to go back to Arizona. She is way in Chandler though but that doesn't bother me too much. I don't really mind driving seeing as how I have driven EVERYWHERE here lately. Too bad we still don't know where we are going. I just wish that would tell us already! Im a bit inpatient sometimes!!!!

Ok well off I go I promised the boys that if they didn't fight on the way to the hospital and home I would take them to Taco Bell for luch so were off for lunch!

Welcome to my craziness :)

Hello hello everyone! Im hoping that all of you are having a great day cause I know I am! Hense the reason why I seem so cheerful! Things here have been so nutty here lately that I feel bad that I haven't had much of a chance to let alot of my friends and family know what is going on!

And that I am sorry for... As most of you know Michelle had to have ANOTHER shunt placed into her ventricals 2 weeks ago. That was a very scary experience for me. And her im sure. We were told when she was smaller that if her blood clots that she had blocking her ventricals did not go away that they may have to double shunt her. Well they went away and they still had to double shunt her. That is saddening for me because we had very high hopes that she would continue to get better with her Hydrocephalus but here lately it's taking a toll on my husband and I.

The boys are doing WONDERFULLY!!! They are awesome kids. They are sitting here infront of me eating their lunch and watching Wow Wow Wubzy! They love that show! We moved James back into Jr's room because they were missing each other so much. We would find one or the other in the others room sleeping.. It's too cute so we decided when Shawn's brother left we would move them back in together. I have to take Shane to Barstow today so we can meet his friend so he can go abck to work in Lake Havasu City, AZ.

Shawn and I are still waiting to find out his choices as to where we are getting stationed next. They are giving us 8 years to find out if Michelle is going to get better or worst. Even though Shawn and I already know the answer to that question they are giving us 8 years to tell them. Some of you may wonder hmmm what is that answer.... The answer is Michelle will have good times and Bad times.. Some more bad than good maybe but who knows... She went almost a year without a surgery! So I am very sure we can get some down time on what goes on here on out!

Please keep your fingers crossed that we get to go to Phoenix! I would hope to be able to stay there for a while. I miss my friends and family so much. Especially my big brother Nick and his family! I want to spend more time with them! Besides they just had a beautiful baby girl Lauren! She is so beautiful! Looks just like her mommy! And my neice Jadyn is just as beautiful and looks just like Nick!

Well im off for now Michelle has therapy today and then off to Barstow we go!

Take care
